{"id":1895,"date":"2020-05-04T16:54:05","date_gmt":"2020-05-04T15:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/signaltheatre.com\/?page_id=1895"},"modified":"2021-09-27T18:39:08","modified_gmt":"2021-09-27T17:39:08","slug":"how-we-do-it","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/signaltheatre.com\/?page_id=1895","title":{"rendered":"How we do it"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4>As of May 2018, Signal is a registered charity (Charitable Incorporated Organisation), number 1178463.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5>You can find our registration on the Charity Commission website <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.charitycommission.gov.uk\/Showcharity\/RegisterOfCharities\/CharityFramework.aspx?RegisteredCharityNumber=1178463&amp;SubsidiaryNumber=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>, but our charitable aim is, <strong><em>&#8216;t<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>o advance public education, appreciation and understanding of the arts, particularly the art of theatre in all its aspects, by the production and presentation of public theatrical performances.&#8217;<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5>We&#8217;re run by trustees <a href=\"http:\/\/signaltheatre.com\/?page_id=4\">Kellie Batchelor, Robert Wolstenholme<\/a> and Katie McCorkindale, with trustees-elect Paul Cavanagh (stage name Paul Callahan) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theleafcollective.co.uk\/founder\">Emma Fitzgerald<\/a>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5>Our financial affairs are looked after by the brilliant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.woottonandco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">David Wootton<\/a> and, for ethical reasons, we bank with the Co-operative Bank.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h4>Because all our trustees are volunteers, we have no running costs or overheads.
